We grow a number of different types of garlic on our farm, from the mild to the pungent, which we make available by the pound to local customers.
Our CSA is in its fourth year of providing local households with fresh vegetables from our farm, local pecans, foraged greens, and woodland mushrooms.
At Vegetable Land, we have been raising vegetables and foraging the natural habitat in an ecologically respectful and sustainable manner since 2007.
